Order Tracking

Delivery

Buytic is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

  • Circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned by the courier. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing buytic2026@gmail.com.
